Nnamdi Kanu Drag DSS and Attorney General To Court

The leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) has Drag the department of security service (DSS)  and Attorney general of the federation Abubakar Malami to federal high court over right violation. 

According to one of his lawers, " my client has been denied access to so many things that ought be his right in detention". In fact, he  said that DSS has blatantly refused to obey court orders to allow him change cloths,  eat food, and worship his God.  Also DSS has refused to allow him have access to medical care and his blood has been taken over 21 times without seeing the result. 

However, the federal high court is yet to fix a date for the hearing of these right violation. I sincerely hope that the judge will have the courage to proceed with this case. Because injustice to one is injustice to all. It is Nnamdi Kanu today, it may be another person tomorrow. Therefore, deterrent measures should put in place  so as to stop this type of impunity.
